We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You reserve the right to cancel any packages with 28 days given notice, note that refunds will not be issued. Should you wish to change the date of the service provided, 28 days notice will be required and the date/s requested will be subject to availability only.

Memorial Cleaning Service reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers' Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email or postal mail will be made to those affected by the change. Liability
We will not be held liable for any damage to the engraving of the headstone upon cleaning. Customers will be contacted prior to the service should any damage be noted beforehand and it is the customers discretion should you wish the service to be carried out or not. We have the right to refuse service should there be serious damage to the memorial; it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is no serious damage to the memorial prior to purchasing the service, should they fail to do this refunds will not be issued. We are not responsible for the cleaning of ornaments placed on the memorial and customers will be contacted should any broken or damaged ornaments be found prior to the service.
